A trouble indication plate is provided under the control panel, which indicated the trouble position of the machine by various lamps. This special trouble indication design provides convenient trouble shooting.

Body Activated Emergency
Stop Bar
There is a bar placed in the position where the operator normally stands for fast and convenient shut off all operations of an emergency should occur.
Thick Limit Bar
In case a metal sheet thickness exceeds the allowable thickness capacity of the sander, it will touch the thickness limit bar. This causes the brake to stop the machine for safety.

Sanding Belt Oscillation Adjustment Knob
The oscillation adjustment knob is used for adjusting the oscillation stroke of the sanding belt.
Sanding belt oscillation can be adjusted to non-oscillation condition by turning the oscillation adjustment knob.
Hairline Producing or Surface Finish
When the sanding belt is under non-oscillation condition, the machine can produce hairlines on metal sheet surface. When the belt is under oscillation condition, the machine is suitable for normal surface finish operation.

Sensitive Sanding Belt Control
A photoelectric cell controls sanding belt oscillations.
Machine automatically stops in case of belt breakage or insufficient air pressure.
Cylinder speed regulation is conveniently achieved.

Variable Feed Speed
The conveyor belt speed is infinitely adjustable by turning a speed regulator knob.

Disc Braking Mechanism
This mechanism operates when various abnormal motions occur, such an sanding belt mist racking or breakage, emergency stop bar is pressed or improper sanding belt tension, etc.
The disc braking mechanism provides an immediate shut down of the machine motions for safety.
A brake indication lamp lights on to alert the operator.
